  The interior design of this Hotel .... I like it so much, sure will come back on my next visit of the Quebec city. Honestly, highly recommanded, good price, great location (just 10 min driving to the City), with excellent services and free parking.

  Honestly ...... No Complaint on this hotel.

  I am usually pretty picky about hotels, especially if they are inexpensive. But I was pleasantly surprised by this one. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. the pool was small but nice. There is a gigantic mall across the street.

  I did not like the restaurant or the staff wokring there. They were rude and opinionated and had a very limited menu compared to other places.

  Location: it was on Ave Laurier which was very easy to locate and not too far away from main attractions.

  Cleanliness was a major issue. We changed 3 rooms in the first hour. First one - toilet not cleaned, cereal on floor. Second one - entire bathroom filthy and stains on bed sheet that soaked through to blanket. Third room - maid checked and did cursory cleaning before we occupied. No apologies from front desk.

  Pretty clean and modern, convenient location, convenient access to parking lots through side doors.

  Walls and ceiling are very thin/badly soundproofed, no kettle/coffee machine in room, everything above the bare minimum cost extra, overpriced for size/quality of room you are getting

  I love the location for the Hotel. It was just a few minutes to the Old Quebec. The Hotel was quiet and clean, very important.

  I like my stay a the Hotel Quartier, were I stayed for 3 nights. Except for the fact that the room was not serviced after the first night. I had to ask to make sure the room would be clean at least for the second night. Fresh towel empty the garbage can do the bed. And it was. But why did I have to ask.

  It was a good hotel. The swimming pool was good too and the services were okay too.We liked the comfort and design, and services. There are a lot of things like vending machines, ice machines and much more. Overall it was a good stay.

  The colour of the pool shold be a lighter shade like sky blue and there should be more lights in the area of the pool and inside of the pool.

  Great location.... easy commute to Old Quebec and quick access to main highway.

  It was very good! The only little complaint was the air conditioner was loud when it came on and the beds did seem a bit short. I am 6 feet tall and my feet certainly hung over the end of the bed.

  For such a beautiful and upscale hotel I was really disappointed with my stay. First of all, we checked in as a family thinking it would be a nice family hotel. However, we soon learned what a party hotel it truly is. We went with our children to the pool area and there were guests there drinking alcohol in the pool area. Also, I had to sign a waiver upon check in promising not to smoke since the hotel is non-smoking but guests were smoking and drinking right outside the front entrance. Also we were kept awake all night by all the partying going on on our floor. You would think that if a family checks in you would put them somewhere away from those who are there to drink and party. Very disappointing.

  It was really nice and modern, vert comfortable rooms. And all the staff were able to help us with directions and finding good food and fun things to do.

  Uhm..no not really, except i can never understand why its cheaper for two beds instead of one queen for only a couple staying in the room..

  The price

  Could not roll the laguage buggy right next to my room door. Could not perform checkin before 16h00. Room was not very clean. Maybe it was because we had economic room but nonetheless I was not impressed.

  I wanted to be close to Quebec City without being inside the wall. And this provided that. It was a great trip! I enjoyed the people, the food, the ambience!
